Your investment will support artists to create work that advances social justice

Art is a catalyst for powerful movements.

Art is a powerful tool to build connections, challenge harmful narratives and imagine more equitable futures. ICAAD’s Artivism initiative awards residencies to emerging global artists who engage in issues of social justice through their work. We help artists create new collections across themes including climate change, racial injustice and gender equality, providing tailored human rights training, resources and marketing support. Our residents are featured in galleries, media, education curricula and at film festivals, and their collections are made accessible through public arts projects.

With an investment of $20,000 or more, you or your organization can sponsor a new resident artist.
